The facility was built as part of the federal target program "Development of physical education and sports in the Russian Federation for 2006-2015". The sports complex includes: an indoor ice rink with artificial ice for training sessions and competitions in hockey, figure skating, as well as for free ice skating, a gym, choreography rooms, a technical training room for hockey players and a cafe.

The Central Sports Arena was commissioned in 2013 and includes: a cross functional game room, a large pool (25 meters), a small pool, a training room, a gym, a table tennis hall, and a conference hall.

Sport Industry is a modern sports and fitness complex. Its doors are always open for the residents and guests of the city!

The Ice Arena offers:

• sports ice rink of 1830 sq.m (61x30m). 120 people can skate simultaneously, 1080 spectators can be cheer at sports matches or attend concerts;
• concert and exhibition events;
• electronic scoreboards and an information board for hockey;
• mass skating sessions;
• sharpening and skate rental, size range from 25 to 47;
• a cozy cafe with excellent cuisine.

The Central Sports Arena:

• a hall of 45x30 meters with 675 seats;
• a gym equipped with a power and cardio zone, comfortable changing rooms with individual lockers. The hall is equipped with air conditioning, music system;
• a small pool (10 meters long, 6 meters wide and up to 90 centimeters deep) is intended for classes with children aged 1 to 11 years.
• a large pool (25 meters long, 16 meters wide (8 lanes) and up to 1.8 meters deep). A visit to the pool is possible both by subscription and by single tickets.
• 7 tennis tables in the tennis hall.

A chess club is located in the Kremlin Park on the central alley.

The facilities are adaptated for visiting by people with disabilities. The sports complex is equipped with ramps, automatic doors, elevators.
