Since 2016 in the southern part of the Kremlin (the lawn between Sudeisky Township and Knyazhaya Tower), the Falconry Interactive Exhibition has been working.

The exposition tells visitors about the history of falconry as a traditional activity in Russia and gives an insight into the most common species of birds of prey, either used for falconry or those just living on the territory of Novgorod region.

Near each bird there is an information board telling about the habitat, hunting specifics and lifestyle of the species. If necessary, the qualified staff will answer any questions regarding the feathered predators. Visitors can also read the illustrated history of falconry in Russia in large-format posters. The display of photographs shows the diversity of birds of prey and owls. There are diurnal and nocturnal birds of prey at the exhibition: black kite, honey kite, goshawk, sparrow hawk, buzzard, saker falcon, peregrine falcon, hobby falcon, kestrel, eagle owl, tawny owl, barn owl, long-eared owl, raven. Some of these birds "serve" in the ornithological department of the Novgorod State United Museum, and others are provided by EcoExpoCentre company.

On the lawn near the Kremlin wall, demonstration flights of some birds are held. During the performance guests can see an imitated hunting of the birds on a fake prey, a demonstration of free flights and other natural abilities of the birds. During the program, the falconer tells a story about the history and traditions of falconry, about the habits, significance and protection of feathered predators. After the program, visitors can purchase some souvenirs and take a picture in memory of visiting the exposition.
